Drink Plenty of Water: Lack of water in the body is the biggest cause of cramp. It is necessary to maintain the water level when you do such work which gives you more sweat. It prevents you from dehydration and cramp. Working long hours in extreme heat should be avoided. It is necessary to maintain water level before work, during work and after work.

First Warmup: Cramp problem increases with age. You should avoid mush physical work. You should do warmup before work and give relaxation to muscles after work. If you are a young player then it is even more essential.

Change Habits: If you are suffering from cramp in a particular part of the body repeatedly then you should change your habits. High level shoes and sandals, the wrong type of chair or work, continuously work without breaking are the cause of cramps. This type of cramp is known as dystonic.

Pregnancy: Women face cramps problem during pregnancy. Cramps can be avoided by taking doctors’ advice and food supplements such as calcium and magnesium.

Before Sleep: People who are facing muscle spasms at night, they should do muscle stretching exercise before bed. Lack of vitamin E, calcium and magnesium etc. are the cause of cramp at night.
