Orange: Orange or its juice gives strength to the body to fight against cold. Oranges contain vitamin C and antioxidant that increases immunity.

Spinach: Spinach is very common in this season. It has a lot of iron and nutrients.

Peanuts: You should eat fried, salted or plain peanuts in winter. Peanut provides heat and protein to the body. You can keep chikki along with you.

Guava: You can eat Guava to increase the power of the heart in winter. It has lycopene element which relieves the problem of the arteries.

Carrots: Carrots contain vitamin A, B, C, D, E and K. It is very beneficial for our body.

Kiwi: This fruit contains vitamin C which is very good fruit for the winter.

Chicken Soup: You won’t get cold if you drink hot chicken soup in winter.

Coffee: Cocoa contains flavonoid which you can drink in the form of coffee. Your heart will work properly and you won’t get cold.

Nuts: You can keep the mixture of lots of nuts and eat them at intervals of several hours in the day. Your body gets heat all day.

Apple: Eating apple daily relives cancer and many diseases. Apple contains antioxidant and protein which strengthens the body.

Pumpkin: It is full of vitamin A, carotenoids, lutein and minerals. You can relive from cold.

Onions: It contains vitamin C which fights against intestinal infection and free radicals.
