Constipation is a common problem in children and adults. Shortage of water, lack of nutrition in the diet, lack of exercise and poor lifestyle creates constipation. You can get rid from constipation if you drink plenty of water and improve your lifestyle.

Eat Fibrous Foods: You should eat beans, cabbage, broccoli, tomato, carrots, leafy vegetables and onion. Fiber foods are easy to digest and also erase the problem of constipation. You can also include banana, papaya, musk melon, lemon, mango, apple and mosambi in your diet.

Eat Less Sweet: Sweet are high in sugar so it is not dissolve properly in the body and is difficult to digest. You should reduce the intake of sweets to get rid of constipation.

Drink Plenty: You get constipation because a lack of fluids in the body. Fiber dissolves when you drink plenty of water. Water removes dirt from the body.

Hot Water & Lemon: Many people drink plenty of water in the morning after getting up so that their abdomen remains healthy. But if you drink hot lemon water then your digestion remains healthy and you won’t get constipation.

Fatty Food: Do you like pizza, burger, French fries or rolls? These fatty foods can never keep your stomach healthy. It doesn’t contain fiber so you should eat whole grains that are digested quickly.
