Sesame is very important in our diet. In the winter, it becomes even more important. You get more energy in winter from it. You can protect yourself against the cold by sesame oil massage.

Phlegm is ingrained by drinking sesame and sugar juice. You can also apply its grinding leaves when scorpion is bitten. You can also prepare sesame sweet which gives strength to the body. Sesame oil is very healthy. 

In medic, sesame is considered as heavy, aliphatic, hot, phlegm-bile factor, invigorating, beneficial to hair, breast milk generator. Sesame oil should drank some more then there is laxative. Sesame contains protein, calcium, B-complex and carbohydrates. There are two types of sesame in India: the white and black sesame.

Strong Teeth: The sesame is quite beneficial to teeth. You should eat sesame after brushing in the morning. This will strengthen your teeth.

Shiny Skin
: Daily you can massage with sesame oil in skin disorders. It will remove dryness of the skin and the skin will become shiny.

Strong Hair: Sesame oil is very good for overall health of hair. If you do massage with sesame oil every day then hair become healthy and it also stops hair loss.

Child’s Bed Piss Off:
Many children have the habit of urinating on the bed. For this, mix 50 gram sesame oil and 200 gram jaggery and give to eat to child in the amount of 5-10 grams twice a day for few days. It will be very comfortable.

Dry Cough: Take 3-4 teaspoon of sesame and equal amounts of sugar. Mix them properly and boil it in a glass of water. Drink it when it remains half the amount.

Abdominal Pain: If you have abdominal pain then drinks water with black sesame. It will cure your abdominal pain.

Hip and Back Pain: Mix sesame oil in asafetida and dry ginger. Boil it and apply it on your back and hip pain.

Piles: To stop bleeding in the piles take 10 grams black sesame and grind it with water. Mix 1 teaspoon butter in it and eat it. You can also add sugar and eat twice a day.

Sprain Relief: Grind the sesame with warm water. Apply it when you get sprain. It is very beneficial for sprain relief.

Pimples: Grind the sesame and mix butter in it. Apply this mixture on your face and you’ll get rid from Pimples (acne) problems.
