Diabetic patient should eat fibrous fruits such as watermelon, cantaloupe, papaya, apple and strawberry. Blood sugar level can be controlled and it won’t harm for your health. However, diabetic patient should avoid fruit juice because it contains sugar and it won’t have pulp. Therefore, body does not get the fiber.

Kiwi: Several researches have shown that kiwi reduces blood sugar levels.

Black Berries: The fruit is very useful for diabetic patients. Diabetes can be controlled by eating its grind seeds.

Amrakh: If you have diabetes then you can eat this fruit easily. But if the patient is diabetic nephropathy then he should ask a doctor before eating.

Guava: Guava contains vitamin A, C and fiber.

Cherry: The GI value is 20 which is considered very low. It is considered very healthy for diabetic patient.

Peach: This fruit also has very small amount of GI. It is considered good for diabetic patient.

Apples: Apples contain antioxidants that reduce cholesterol levels and increases immunity.

Pineapple: It has anti-bacterial ingredients as well as the ability to reduce inflammation in the body. This fruit give fully benefits.

Pear: It contains lot of fiber and vitamins which is beneficial for diabetic patient.
