It is very useful in digestive and respiratory disorders. Ginger contains calcium, phosphorus, iron, magnesium, copper, mineral and zinc.

Increase Appetite: Ginger increase the appetite if you eat it with rock salt and lime before meals. It eliminates toxins of the indigestion from the body. It doesn’t have gas in the stomach and bowel become clear.

Cold, Cough and Headache: Discharge of water from the nose, headache and cold can be easily cured by ginger. A cup of ginger mixed with honey and basil leaves easily cures fever.

Beneficial for Passengers: Many passengers get headache while travelling. Some people feel headache or vomiting while swinging around the swing. In this case, you can keep ginger piece in your mouth.

Joint Pain
: You can get relief from joint pain and inflammation by intake of dry ginger or ginger powder.

Skin: Drink lukewarm water mixing a piece of ginger in early morning with empty stomach to get young and bright skin. This will remove the problem of pigmentation.
