Salmon Fish: This fish is a good source of omega 3 fatty acid. It helps to reduce inflammation which arises from joint pain.

Berry: Strawberries or blueberries reduces joint pain and give relief. It contains antioxidant especially bioflavonoid which greatly reduce joint pain.

Vegetables: Joint pain occurs due to imbalance of omega 3 fatty acids. You should eat green vegetables such as spinach, broccoli, onion, ginger etc. to balance omega 3 fatty acid. However, you should avoid carbohydrates food such as pasta, bread, fried food and junk food.

Nuts: Almond, cashew, walnut and pumpkin seeds contain omega 3 fatty acid and antioxidant which reduces inflammation and pain.

Olive Oil: Olive oil has low fat and lot of antioxidants. It is very good for bones and heart. It reduces inflammation and obesity.

Orange Juice: According to research, bones doesn’t weaken if you intake right amount of vitamin C. You get joint pain due to weak bones. Therefore, you should drink orange juice which keeps your bone and skin healthy.

You should also do exercise regularly with diet. If you don’t have much time then you should go on jogging or long walk. Exercise reduces obesity which is the main reason of joint pain.
