1. Gargling with Salt Water: The turtleneck can be opened with the help of the gargle. As soon as you feel that your throat is getting worse or it is getting sore then without delay you should gargle with warm salt water.

2. Ginger for Dry Cough: Cut the thin piece of ginger and mix salt in it. Chew this for few minutes. If you chew mixture of basil leaf and ginger then it is very beneficial for cold and cough.

3. Garlic: Garlic is considered as an antimicrobial so that it cures cold and coughs naturally. Take 4-5 garlic buds and fry them in a little butter. Eat it hot. You can also crush it and put in a vegetable or soup and eat it.

4. Honey, Lemon and Linseed Seeds: When you boil linseed seeds in water you will get thick substance which clears the bronchial trunk. Honey and lemon are considered natural antibiotics which reduces the inflammation. Therefore, when you mix lemon and honey with linseed boil water then it will become a natural antibiotic that cure cough and cold.

5. Pepper Tea: You should drink peeper tea to remove throat irritation and mucus. To make a cup of tea, take two teaspoon fresh ground black pepper, 2 teaspoon of honey, 1 cup hot water. Covered it for 15 minutes and then drink it.
