Fish: Fish contains omega-3 fatty acid that strengthens the heart and arteries. It increases HDL cholesterol and prevents blockage in the blood. According to a research, people who eat fish twice a week the risk of death from heart disease reduces three times.

High Fiber: Whole grains contain high amount of fiber which decreases fat. Whole grain contains minerals, protein, vitamin which keeps your heart healthy. Soluble fiber diet reduces cholesterol levels in the body. You can also include oats, barley, brown rice, bread and pulses such as beans, lentils and peas.

Flaxseed: Flaxseed is magical drug for heart patients. It contains high fiber which you can get from whole, ground and from its oil.

Garlic & Ginger: It reduces cholesterol in the body. One or two garlic buds keeps heart healthy. These two fixes hormonal action and clean up the mess in the blood.

Cherry: According to research cherry contains red color which helps to reduce uric acid in the body. High amount of uric acid in blood increase the risk of heart attack. You can eat a pinch of cherry to strengthen your heart.

Beans: Beans contain good amount of folic acid. It has the ability to give power to run arteries smoothly. You can eat 2 cups of beans per day which gives you all the properties and keeps your heart healthy.

Orange: It contains vitamin C. It controls your cholesterol level and prevents arteries from the blockage. You should eat one orange once in a day.
