Green Leafy Vegetables: Spinach, fenugreek leaves, radish leaves, cabbage etc. reduces the risk of heart attack. It is because it neither contains fat nor calorie. But it has fiber. In addition, it also contains folic acid, magnesium, calcium, potassium.

Oats: Oat is very best in the breakfast. It keeps your stomach full and it is also good for heart. Oats contain beta glucone which is soluble fiber. It reduces cholesterol level.

Whole Grains
: Wheat, corn, lentils, beans or brown rice are good for your heart. Because it contains fiber and vitamins. In addition, it also contains antioxidant, iron, magnesium and vitamin E. Regular intake of whole grain decreases blood pressure level.

Soya Protein: It is beneficial to eat soya yogurt. If you like to eat meat then you can eat soya products instead of meat. Because meat contains high amount of fat which increases bad cholesterol.

Olive Oil: Olive oil is extremely beneficial for heart. It reduces bad cholesterol. It contains mono saturated fat which is good for heart. Therefore, you have to include in your diet.

Tomato: Tomato contains vitamin which purifies the blood. Regular intake of tomato decreases the risk of heart attack. Raw or cooked both type of tomato are beneficial.

Almond: It reduces cholesterol level in the body. It also saves you from blood clotting. Almond contains vitamin B17, E and minerals such as magnesium, iron, zinc and mono saturated fat.

Red Wine: Red wine cures heart attack problem if you drink it in proper amount. It contains antioxidant which is very good for heart.
