This particle contains hemoglobin which is made from iron. Spinach consumption is very beneficial for people who suffer from lack of blood. Folic acid deficiency found in pregnant women. 

It is also beneficial for them. Spinach contains high amount of calcium. So it is fruitful for children, elders and pregnant women. It increases the milk in breastfeeding women.

The spinach is also very good for the skin and body. People who are bothered by hair loss then they should eat spinach every day. 

It increases the iron and prevents hair loss. Spinach prevents dry skin. Spinach generates eye shine. Wrinkles can be removed by applying spinach paste on the face. So it is better to avoid expensive drugs and use spinach.
