Sunday: Sunday is the day of Sun. Everyone gets holiday on this day. So you can prepare anything on this day. You can eat veg, non-veg and fruits on this day. Meat is high in iron, zinc and vitamin B12 which is good for child’s growth. So you can prepare and eat non-veg on Sunday.

Monday: It is the day of Moon which is the symbol of water. Therefore, you have to eat such food which contains more water. In this case, you can eat fruits such as watermelon, cucumber and pumpkin etc.

Tuesday: Mars dominates on this day. It is known to generate heat. Therefore, you should eat mangoes, palm and pineapple on this day.

Wednesday: Wednesday is the day of Mercury. It creates intelligent, happiness, acting and art. On this day, you can eat anything you feel like.

Thursday: It is the day of god Brahma and Jupiter is the planet for him. On this day, you have to eat such fruits and food which color is yellow and orange. In this case, you can eat lemon, banana etc.

Friday: Friday is the subject to divine. On this day, you should eat fruit, salad, vegetables, juice, tea and soup.

Saturday: Satrun is the god of Saturday. You have to use oily food on this day. You can easily eat junk food if you want to eat.
