Most people drink lemon water in the morning to lose weight or to cleanse the body from the inside. Lemon water provides you vitamin C, potassium and fiber. However, there are some side effects of over drinking it.

Drinking more lemonade decreases water level in the body and increases dehydration. There are also many more problems which can occur due to more intake of lemonade. You must have to take doctor advice before drinking lemonade.

Cold-Hot in Teeth: Lemon contains citrus acids. Teeth become sensitive when they come to contact with it. If you want to drink lemonade then you should use straw so the water won’t touch the teeth.

Heartburn: If you’ve acidity problem then you should stop drinking lemonade because it contains acid.

Stomach Problem: Many times people tend to drink lemon juice to digest food because the acid helps in digestion. But your stomach upset due to more acid. You must have to mix lemon in your meal.

Kidney and Gallbladder Problems: Lemon not only contains acidic level but also it contains oxalic which creates crystal if you consume in higher amount. These crystallized oxalic take the form of kidney stones and gallstone.

Dehydration: You get frequent urinate due to drinking of lemonade. So when you drink lemonade then you should drink lots of water throughout the day.

Take Some Precautions: Do not drink lemonade to overcome any disease. If you had any side effects after drinking it then stop it immediately. If you’re drinking to get vitamin C then you must have to drink half a lemon in half glass of water.
