It is recommended to bile patient that they eat something every 2-3 hours so that your body does not grow in the acid levels. They can eat alkaline food such as fruits, vegetables and cereal. Do not eat too much meat. Drink plenty of water.

Pitta Balancing Diet
You might have energy-related skin problems, too much sweat, indigestion and irritation. Generally, there is excess heat in your body so you will feel comfortable with such food that reduces your body heat. It will be fruitful for your digestive system and you get relief.

Fruits: Apples, avocado, fresh figs, grapes (black or red), ripe mango, watermelons, sweet oranges, papaya, coconut, palm, pear, pineapple, plum, pomegranate and raisins.

Vegetables: Carrots, cabbage, capsicum, broccoli, cauliflower, cucumber, green beans, green peppers, green leafy vegetables, mushrooms, okra, potatoes, pumpkins, peas etc.

Grains: Barley, Oats, wheat, white basmati rice, pasta, oats brain, brain wheat and barley.

Dairy (Milk Products): Cow's milk (whole), ghee, butter without the salt, cottage cheese, goat milk, ice cream and yogurt (homemade  without fruit).

Beans: Black beans, chickpea, beans, mung bean, tofu and soya beans.

Nuts and Seeds: Almonds, coconut, linseed seeds, popcorn (without salt), pumpkin seeds and sunflower seeds

Oil: Coconut oil, olive oil (olive oil), sunflower oil, butter, soy oil and walnut oil.

Sweet Foods: Jaggery and maple syrup

Spices: Pepper, basil, cardamom, cumin, cinnamon, dill, coriander, fennel, saffron, peppermints, turmeric and peppermint (if there is an imbalance of bile in your body than eat small amounts of spices).
