You go the gym to get good body. You go to spa to look beautiful. But what you do to increase your memory? You don’t need to go anywhere to increase your memory. You can take such food which makes your brain sharp.

Fish: We called fish as a brain food because its oil has omega-3 fatty acid which is very good for brain. You can’t compare fish oil to any other substance because it contains nutrient which increases your young age and memory.

Egg: Egg also contains omega-3. In addition, it has high protein, low fat and vitamin E. It increases your memory power.

Salad: Green leafy vegetables such as spinach, cabbage, carrots and broccoli are good for brain. They are also high in fiber and antioxidant. Vitamin C and E protect the brain.

Almond: Almond contains antioxidants and omega-3. Brain becomes sharp by eating 4 almonds a day. It also increases the memory power. Children should eat almonds every day.

Whole Grain: Whole grains such as wheat, pulses, brown bread, brown rice, millet etc. are very beneficial for health. The intake to these foods increases concentration and mental awareness. You should have at least 100 gram carbohydrates in your diet.

Curd: Curd contains amino acid which removes mental stress and increase memory power. You can mix nuts and eat curd if you want.

Blueberry: It is a lovely fruit which has lot of antioxidant. So it is the best brain food. With age the brain loses its strength which can be cured by blueberry.
