Natural Home Remedies Hives (Urticaria)

According to Ayurveda, Shitpit which is called as urticaria in English. It occurs due to wind or phlegm disturbance. It is one type of allergy in which you have rashes on the skin. It is quite fast itching. There could be many reasons such as therapy, stress, viral infections, cold, sun light, dust, pollen, dandruff, shellfish and other food for urticaria. People who have urticaria they should avoid having salt, oil, peeper, pickles, yogurt in the food.

Turmeric: Take a glass of warm milk or water and mix half a teaspoon of turmeric power and drink it two or three times a day. You can also intake 3 grams of turmeric power twice a day.

Basil: Blood is purified by drinking basil leaf tea. It also releases dirt from the body.

Fig Juice: Drink 15 ml fig juice for several days. It is useful remedy in urticaria.

Mint Tea: You can get relive in itching by drinking mint leaves tea.

Castor Oil: Mix 5 drops of castor oil in milk or water and drink with empty stomach.

Aloe Vera Gel: You can put fresh aloe vera gel on hives. It removes irritation and itching because it gives you cold draws.

Drink Fresh Juice: Drink plenty of fresh fruit juice to eliminate allergies. You will get better soon.

Oatmeal: Take 2 teaspoon oatmeal and mix ½ cup water. When the oatmeal soak all the water then keep it in clean cloth. After that, add half cup of water slowly and collect water in cup. Apply this water on your skin. It gradually removes itching.

Baking Soda: Take 2 teaspoons of baking soda and add water in it. Make a paste of this mixture. Apply this lotion on itching and irritation part to prevent hives and get relief.

Vinegar: Take 1 teaspoon of apple side vinegar and mix 1 teaspoon water. Apply this on affected area. It will relax you.

Brown Sugar and Ginger: Take ½ cup brown sugar and add 1 teaspoon ground ginger paste, 3 cup apple sider vinegar and boil it for few minutes. Add hot water in this mixture and put it on affected area for several times in a day.

Fish Oil: Take 1,000 mg fish oil capsules three times a day. This capsule is the source of fatty acids which have anti-inflammatory properties. Cold water fish such as blue fish, salmon and albacore tuna are good food source.

Pepper: Take black pepper and mix ghee/butter in it. This mixture gives you relief in urticaria.

Jaggery: Intake of fried jaggery and turmeric gives you relief in itching and urticaria.
