Pistachio: Pistachio contains fiber which is beneficial for heart. It dissolves fat and removes from the body. It also contains minerals which is helpful to fight against cancer. It will give you energy because it is the good source of protein.

Walnut: It has vitamin B, 1, 2, 3, 6 and E. In addition, it contains important element such as copper, zinc, calcium, magnesium and iron which maintain blood sugar level. It has huge quantity of omega-3 fatty acid which helps to remove cholesterol. Eating walnut in the morning is very useful.
