Bile released from the liver. It has yellow color and its primary function is to break the fat in the body. Fluctuation of bile can cause big trouble for the body. Whenever bile juices rise above intestine and reach to stomach-throat then one might have vomiting, dizziness, abdominal pain and heart burn.

  1. Usually, this problem occurs due to overeating. Therefore, the food should be eaten before 3-4 hours of bedtime. So, the food can easily digest and there is not discomfort.
  2. Try to eat as much as low food so that bile cannot occur. You should eat low-fat meal at night.
  3. Do not ever intake oily and spicy foods in dinner. It increases the bile and liver has to work much to burn the fat.
  4. Do not drink fruit juice at night if you have bile problem. You can avoid such juice such as lemon and orange which has acid. It increases the bile production. These juices contain citric acid. You should drinking alcohol at night.
  5. Caffeine, chocolate, tomato, mint, citrus fruit, soda and fat-rich food causes stomach pain. Therefore, you should less include in your diet.
  6. To prevent bile from coming up keep your head upwards. There has to be a little walk before bed so the food will be digested and you can avoid bile.
  7. You must have to do daily exercise to avoid ups-downs of bile. It is natural remedy to get rid from bile.
  8. Do not ever lack of water. Always drink lukewarm water before going to bed.
