Caffeine makes conscious our mind for a while but when the effect of caffeine ends then you begin to feel tired again. You should put away caffeine from your food.

Almonds: Almonds contains calcium, magnesium, potassium and protein which keep your body energetic all day. Eating a handful of almonds every day makes your mind strong and increase concentration.

Hums: Chickpea sauce is called as hums. You can add raw vegetables in it. It contains protein and carbohydrates which provider energy to your brain.

Spinach: Spinach has iron and it also contains other nutrients which are enough to keep us energetic all day. You can drink spinach soup or salad.

Banana: Bananas are high in potassium which takes away lethargy and fatigue. Bananas also contain vitamin B6 which maintains your energy levels and also increases concentration.

Do not let a lack of water
: Due to lack of water you may get lack of sleep, fatigue and weakness. Do not forget to drink water in between your work so that you do not get headache and fatigue. You must have to drink plenty of water.

Apple: Apples are rich in antioxidants which increase immunity in our body. It has vitamins, minerals and fiber which keep your body energized.

Go stand to periodically: If you work on a computer all day ten you should take a little walk between the works. It will not sleep and you concentrate at work. Sitting in one place for a long time without leaving your place might affect your health.

Listen to the song: Take a break from work and heard some good songs. It will be good to your mood and gives you energy from inside. Dopamine chemical occurs in the brain by listening songs. It keeps you happy and away fatigue.

Travel in Sun
: Serotonin chemical occurs in brain by taking walk in sun. It keeps away fatigue and laziness.
