High Risk of Salmonella: Raw eggs and albumin are contaminated by bacteria. Salmonella is a bacteria that is found in the intestines of chickens. It is also found inside and outer casing. To eliminate the risk of salmonella you should cook on high temperature. Bacteria remain on the upper part and in boil eggs.

Lack of Biotin: You may have lack of biotin by eating eggs regularly. Biotin is also known as vitamin H and vitamin B7. Its deficiency create top cradle in children and skin problem in adult. Due to lack of biotin creates discolored skin, lack of coordination in the body, muscle stiffness and pain. Raw albumin contains avidin. Since it takes biotin from the body it is not toxic substance. But when we regularly eat egg whites so it takes biotin from the body and decreases in the body. This can lead to problem related to health in a few weeks and it takes the form of a disease.

Allergies: In many cases, those who are allergic to egg white portion they may have allergy from albumin protein. Hives, rash, swelling of the skin, nausea, diarrhea, vomiting, wheezing, cough, sneeze cramps etc are some common symptoms of the allergy.

High concentration of Protein: According to doctors, if you have kidney problem then protein is harmful to you. Those who has low Glomerular filtration rate (flow rate which filter the kidney) they have high risk of egg protein. People who have kidney problems they are advised to take 0.6 to 0.8 grams of protein. Doctors say whether the individual or the general public 60 percent protein comes from eggs. If you have problem related to the liver then you should consult your doctor before including eggs in your diet.
