Do not stress: If your headache is caused by stress then do not take stress. Do not sleep with stress. You should leave your problem outside the room and sleep with an open mind.

Sleep: Sleep is also responsible for migraine. You should take sleep at certain time and get up at certain time. To avoid this headache on a holiday you should sleep at the right time and get up at the right time.

Conflicts: The clash and collide with other people is not right for you. If you get into the others affairs then it is not good for your health.

Hormone Change and Certain Foods
: Hormonal changes and changes in eating-drinking are causing the headache. If this is your case, you should consult a doctor what you eat and what not.

Water: Drink plenty of water to avoid the headache in the morning. You should keep yourself hydrated.
