You spend 6 to 8 hours in your office but do you know that office works have very bad eating habits? You have to change your bad eating habits or you may become victim of diabetes and heart attack. Irregular eating habits and sitting in front of the computer or sitting for a long time in the office the number of diabetes patient increases in the country.

You have to make habit of breakfast before going to your office. You may become sick if you leave your breakfast every day. It is the most important food of the day and we are easily rejected it. When it comes to lunch, we are so hungry that we grab it.

Office workers should take care of some things like:

1. Drink 2 cups of coffee a day. Drink plenty of water so your body system becomes caffeine free.

2. It is best you drink light lukewarm water rather than ordinary water. You do not have headaches, stomach disorder, digestive system and skin becomes hydrate.

3. Always eat homemade fresh food. You cannot get nutrition from outside food which is in homemade food.

4. Drink plenty of water throughout the day.

5. Keep fruits with you and eat them when you are hungry.

6. You can keep roasted grams or dry fruits such as almonds, walnuts and figs with you.
