If you are using toothpaste from markets and even the smell of your mouth and teeth are not to be run out of pallor then you should use natural toothpaste. Check out some Herbal Toothpaste you can use instead of regular toothpaste.

The natural toothpastes are effective and very cheap. Toothpaste which is available in market is not only harmful to teeth but also for our entire health. If you want to brighten your teeth then you should start to use these natural foods from your kitchen. Let us know what natural alternatives exist to replace toothpaste.
 

Twig: In India, you will find Neem, eucalyptus or guava are easily available as twigs. It has natural oil which cleans teeth and gums carefully.

Rock Salt
: Apply rock salt on your brush mixed with water and brush it. You can use it as a mouthwash. It removes stench of the mouth. It also removes cavity from the teeth.

Baking Soda: It reduces the acid in the teeth, clean stains and kills bacteria. To use it as a mouthwash, add baking soda, salt, alum and vinegar. To make toothpaste, use 2 parts of baking soda and one part of salt.

Essential Oils: Peppermint oil, clove oil, cinnamon oil, tea tree oil are some of the essential oils which contain antibacterial and anti-micro bacterial agent. It is naturally used to clean teeth. You can get relief in pain and swelling of gums by using turmeric, aloe vera, alum powder and vitamin E.

Water: You can brush teeth only with water. It will remove the food, fiber etc. from your teeth and you do not harm your teeth.

Rinse with Oil:
It is quite impressive. You can use coconut oil to clean teeth. Fill coconut oil in your mouth and rinse after few minutes. After doing this, clean your teeth with dry brush.
