Prevents from cancer: Studies shows that you do not have lung cancer, breast cancer and colon cancer by having carrots. Carrots have phelkarinol and phailkarindiyol. It is the anti-cancer properties which prevents cancer. Phelkarinol is a natural pesticide which does not seem to fungus in the roots of carrots.

Anti-Aging and Healthy Glowing Skin: Beta-carotene found in carrots is an anti-oxidant which prevents cells from damage the body due to changes in metabolism. It means it slowed down the anti-aging process. Vitamin A and anti-oxidant protect from sun damage. There may be dryness in skin, hair and nails due to deficiency of vitamin A. Vitamin A balanced wrinkle, acne, dry skin, pigmentation, blemishing and skin tone.
