1. Take little ginger, thyme, 1 teaspoon cloves, 5 cloves, 3 black peeper, 1 teaspoon fenugreek, basil and 10 mint leafs. Make mixture of it and add raw sugar. Take this mixture twice a day until you get rest.

2. Grind raisins with water and make paste of it. Add sugar and boil it. Leave it until cool. Take one teaspoon before bed every night and you will get relief in cold.

3. Take 20 ml to 30 ml juice of ginger pieces three times a day to get relief in cold.

4. Take cinnamon, black pepper, cardamom and thyme in equal amount. Tie up in cotton cloth and take smell of it repeatedly. It will sneeze and opens blocked nose.

5. Take 10 grams garlic and 1 cup milk. Boil it until it remains ½ cup. Take it before bedtime or before breakfast.

6. Basil is very effective in cold. You can chew basil leaves or boil it in water and drink it. Both ways you will get relief.

7. Burning off the black pepper and smell it. It will open the block nose.

8. Take 50 ml juice of ladyfinger three times a day. It will give you relief in sore throat and dry cough.

9. Boil the date palm with milk and drink it. It relieves cold.

10. Take pinch of salt, baking soda and add it in warm water. Do gargle twice a day and at bedtime. It will relive sore throat.

11. Apply powder of Saunth and turmeric on your forehead.

12. Drink glass of hot water with lemon juice and add one teaspoon honey. It increases the body’s resistance and you do not have cold.

13. Take 1 teaspoon onion juice and equal amount of honey. Drink it three times a day.

14. You can also get relief in cold by taking mixture of ginger and honey.

15. Cough removes by drinking warm milk adding teaspoon turmeric. It also relieves colds.
