2 teaspoon honey
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 cup or 237 ml water

  • Take 1 part of cinnamon and 1 teaspoon honey and mixed them in 1 cup water.
  • In second part of cinnamon in a cup of water remove the boil water.
  • Cover and let it cool to drink again.
  • When water to be cooled adds honey and mixes it.
  • Drink half cup of tea at night before bed and keep half cup of tea in the refrigerator to keep cold.
  • Drink remaining tea on the other day without doing hot it.
