These acids digest fat which is deposited on the lymphatic system which liver cannot do. So cranberry juice reduces the width of your waist. Therefore, drink 100% cranberry juice every day.

3. Drink fish oil or eat fish: To reduce the fat on your stomach drink fish oil. Omega-3 fatty acids which as eicosapentaenoic acid, docosenoic acid and linoleic acid reduces the abdominal fat.

4. Chia Seeds: If you are vegetarian and cannot use fish to reduce belly fat. In this situation to make up the shortfall of omega-3 consumed chia seeds. Your body has to work hard to covert alpha-linoleic acid into DHA which are in the seeds. Chia seeds are good source of anti-oxidant, calcium, iron and fiber. Blood increase and bones become stronger by using it. According to the book “The Aztec Diet” hunger can be reduced by taking 4-8 teaspoon with diet. So, you can take 1 teaspoon chia seeds every day.

5. Ginger Tea: Ginger regularly used in Indian cuisine and its main reason is it produced heat in the body. Ginger increases the body temperature and so abdominal fat reduces. Fat can be stored in many ways on your stomach but you can easily remove by it. Consumption of ginger reduces the production of cortisol in the body and controls the energy of body. So, if you are not using ginger in vegetables then you can use it in tea.

6. Garlic: New cells replace old cells every moment in our body. Adipose cells of these tissues works of creation. These Adipose tissues turned into the pre-adipose habitat. This process is called Wasjann. Studies have shown that intake of garlic in the body prevents the habitat creation process. So in simple terms the garlic does not transform habitat into your cells. It is little hard to eat it raw. Therefore, you can take it in vegetable.
